We are offering:
I. Parent, Education and Support Group
II. Anxiety Group for Elementary Aged Children
The parent, education and support group is a 4 week program for parents of 3-12 year olds that meets via zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-1:30pm. The first session will begin on December 6th!
Topics covered: Introduction & Parenting 101, Understanding Your Child, Connecting With Your Child, Attuning To Your Child, Supporting Your Child, Seeing Your Child, Calming Your Child, Teacher Your Child
The Anxiety group is a 4 week program for elementary aged children that meets in- person on Tuesdays from 4:30-6:00pm. The first session will begin on November 29th and end on December 20th!
