Contacting you on behalf of my boss, whose 10 year old son has a terrible fear of needles which is keeping him from being able to see a dentist or get a shot, etc. Do you or any other practitioners at your office do ERP? If not, do you have any recommendations? Thank you so much!

Our son struggles sometimes socially – he gets angry easily, sometimes has a hard time playing with others at daycare, and we notice that his emotions escalate rather quickly. He has the ability to play really well and listen well, but at times he really struggles.

Hi Dr. Pontillo, you evaluated my son, Colin Oei, nine years ago with ASD Level 1, requiring support. He is now 17, and will be graduating high school this academic year. Since then, however, we’ve discovered that he also has Dyslexia and ADHD combined type. Given this triple diagnosis, we are wondering if you offer counseling for AuDHD teens, especially for those in transition to adulthood. We have not yet found the right therapist for him. More importantly, we are seeking an AuDHD coach to help him understand why it appears as if his ADHD and his ASD symptoms appear to negate each other. The internal struggle and conflict is very frustrating for him and for us. Do you offer services to help him understand why this is and how to break through the noise so that he can have a productive life? I appreciate your thoughts!
