We are excited to announce the launch of our Adolescent OCD Support Group at San Diego Behavior Solutions! Starting August 14th, join us every Wednesday from 5-6 PM for a supportive and resourceful group experience facilitated by Lauryn Hall, RBT.
Here, we aim to provide valuable resources, tips, and stories to support each other’s journey with OCD. Whether you’re new to the group or a longtime member, we’re here to support you in navigating and thriving through these challenges.
While we provide in-home exposure therapy, our support group offers a safe place for adolescents to openly discuss their OCD experiences with peers facing similar challenges. This group is a space to relate, talk, and learn from each other about coping mechanisms and strategies for managing OCD.
We are located in the beautiful Hacienda building at 12625 High Bluff Drive, Suite #204, 92130
Overcoming Challenges
In this edition, we spotlight the journey of managing OCD symptoms while navigating school and social life. Our group leader, Lauryn Hall, will foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe space for kids to discuss their experiences and challenges.
If you have any questions or would like to sign up for the group, please contact our office at (858) 692-4187 or contact@behaviorsolutions.com
